You can make a mob easily. Few shouts, and few vulgar words.. you can form a great powerful crowd blood thirsty and willing to kill. Read my threads, especially threads like this you can see best mobs. Sri Lanka is world famous for mob feeling. Politicians rule Sri Lanka by it. War, Dengue, Cricket, Swine flu Mob is common here. A team on it's own is a miracle. Team needs intelligent members who can see facts as a whole. They can evaluate them make them in order, make priorities, discuss over and come to an intelligent conclusion. There are members among us but very few who can do that. Unfortunately, I don't think they need me out. They have no problem facing me. Mob does not work for me. Mainly those mobs are in my control. They don't get what they ask from me. Once I missed and got banned. Team is not possible. Actually if that happens I will be surprised and respect them. So don't expect miracles.
