--------Before starting 1983 violence, 13 Sinhalese soldiers were killed by Prabakaran with Ltte. You used the sentence ---- every action has reaction. ------So as a reaction 1983 violence started. That is what ltte prabakran wanted to get publicity for ltte through the violence. Ltte and prabakaran had known that 1983 violence starts after killing 13 Sinhalese soldiers by Ltte prabakaran. As prabakaran wish, colombo violence started. Prabakarn plan was successful. Ltte got publicity by that 1983 violence.
