Yet the particles and m-RNA are very unstable and vaccine needs to handled with extreme care(eg if you shake it it will be useless!)So there are limitations for these two in developing contries. These two methods were never used for vaccination in human history and we are yet to observe after effects.AZ used DNA and this is more stable for vector uses a more widely used vaccination method by using an adinovirus - a virus from chimpanzee.There is a research done by Oxford Uni where it had concluded that risk of blood clotting is inherent in all vaccines(this is yet to be reviewed by others in the field- but not rejected.)So do not throw the Baby with bathing water!AZ is still the cheapest and best vaccination we have specially to countries like SL and India considering all the factors relating to vaccine roll out. The success of elimination of sickness does not depend on vaccine but the roll-out. If there are lot of issues in roll-out the virus may get over them quickly.</blockquote>
