Photo CD creator

I need a tool to create photo CDs which can be played on VCD players. Also it should contain the original files in a case that I need to print them. Can you give me some softwares for this.
Softwares should be downloadable.

VCD player eka data read karanawanam. .jpg file format eka support karanawa nam Oyata data widi hata CD eka write karanna puluwan. Ethakota Original image file widihatama write karanna.

Nope, the player doesn't support data. I can do this with Nero but the problem is sometimes it's Pissu kelinawaa. So that should be something else.
