Today I tried this Chicken Vindaloo curry, which is hot and really tasty! Yummy!!
You just have to fry some onions and then add chicken cubes, then mix with one table spoon of this Vindaloo mix plus one cup of water and cook till it simmer. That's it!
Here in Aus, a bottle of that Vindaloo mix can be bought for below $5 and I tried the following brand.
