When i was also searchin 4 a room in cmb 3 everybody said the same thing.. fortunately i found a place not even 100m 2 k'pitiya junc, but it was 10 000 per month and 20 000 deposit..

there is a place just behind temple trees which one of my friends used to stay. it 10 mints walk to both nawam mawatha and k'pity junc. Ill try ma best to contact that friend and get back to u. it was 8000 per month if im not mistaken. gimme 2 3 hrs ill get back
