Making the most of the beautiful SoCal surroundings, Sophie Monk was spotted out on a date yesterday (September 14) with her new boyfriend, plastic surgeon Dr. John Diaz.
The Australian hottie looked to be having a marvelous time with her man, sharing a romantic evening at a sushi restaurant in Beverly Hills. According to eyewitnesses they both laughed and flirted like crazy during their meal.
Monk told press that she’s relieved to be dating a non-celebrity, saying, “he’s out of the industry completely, he’s a doctor.”
She added, “Everyone’s going to pick me apart now, even though I’ve had nothing done. But my mum’s going to hit him up, she’s like, ‘What can he do for me?’”
