I can't quite place the effect cutting up your arm has on your mood, but it works like a charm. if you have no reason to live, then you're already dead..this is something people who got reasons to live cannot wrap their heads around.btw, you did this with not a blade but a razor right? shallow cut, just deep enough to bleed out just enough to comfort you but not too deep so that you may not actually have to get help to stop bleeding.</blockquote>
