PLEASE HELP !! PC STUCK ND SLOWDOWN!! :(

This is my problem..

Im using a P4 machine which the configurations are shown below in the screenshot.

Well .. Im using this machine nearly for 3 Years and so far i didnt face any major Hardware problems other than 3 times of formatting.

well recently .. my machine gets so stuck with a shhhhhhh sound from a CPU... and the CPU usage is shown below in the screenshot...

Even the Process Usage is 100% there is no process been run in the system other than the normal applications... i even Disabled some applications such as Kaspersky, But no use...

Here are the Processes which run when this happens...

I Even Tried Formatting my PC but.. NO USE..

The Screen Suddenly gets stuck nd sometimes it becomes normal in sometime or it jst gets stuck and the last option is to restart the machine...

PLEASE HELP.............. IM SO SICK OF DIS..

Damn.. 60% of the CPU usage is by the system process... Something is wrong for sure..

Better to clean the fan first as Clark said. Maybe due to overheating.

Poddak processor eka galawala aayith fix karanna. dust ehema gihin da danne naha.

Try to contact Anusha. He is the hardware wiz

check the temperature, check if the fan is working good, clean the fan/system if theres any dust.

Dust clean karala balanna! EEta passeth case nan motherboard eke some paths corrode vela thiyenna puluwan! If so Consult a Doctor!

Maybe a power connector problem, try connect other power connector to ur hard disk..
