my IP is downloading a file. But im not.

wt wrong with it Plz help guys..

NO.. only this PC..ISP is suntell brodband..

Suntel BB assigns private IPs to clients and connects all of them to the internet through a common gateway. That's why you're getting this warning from RS.
What it means is that someone else who also uses Suntel BB is still downloading that same file from RS.
Wait for some time and try to download the file later or complain to Suntel BB and get them to route you through a different gateway.
