Pls Help Me (Error Message)

1. Hey guys can anyone of you tell me what i should do to get rid of this error message which always appears just after a few moments i on my computer.........
nd dis message causes the ADSL connection 2 go down and stops the audio being played nd also gives a Windows 98 look to the taskbar and other windows that i open.....
Pls Help Me With The Problem........

ADSL got problem...I think everyone having the same problem now...It's not your computer fault..I guess so..

This Error just keeps coming after a few days after reinstalling Windows.....

OK PPL now the ADSL line is back to itz normal state......
