ඔය ලොකු ලොකු private hospitals වල උන්ට බැරි වුනහම, මහ රෝහලට තමයි එවන්නේ. Believe me brother, government doctors and government nurses are the best. ඔය private hospitals වල ඉන්න nurseලා කියන ගෑනුන්ට, ආණ්ඩුවේ ඉස්පිරිතාලෙ nurseලා එක්ක හැරෙන්නවත් බැහැ. හැබැයි ඉතින්, ආණ්ඩුවෙ ඉස්පිරිතාලෙ, කට්ට තමයි.

ආණ්ඩුවෙ ඉස්පිරිතාලෙ, හැම ලෙඩාටම ඇදක් දෙන්න නැහැ. Toilets හොද නැහැ. Private hospitals වල ඉන්න nurseලාට වගේ, ආණ්ඩුවේ ඉස්පිරිතාලෙ nurseලාට, හැම patient/ visitor කෙනෙක්වම නලවන්න කාලෙ නැහැ. ඒත් අපේ මහ ජනතාව පොඩ්ඩ වැරදුනොත් බනිනේත් උන්ටමයි. හැබැයි, අමාරු patient කෙනෙක් ගොඩ ගන්න, රෑ නිදි මරාගෙන දුක් විදින්නෙත්, ඒ බැනුම් අහන nurseලාම තමයි. ආණ්ඩුවේ ඉස්පිරිතාලෙන් හොද service/ satisfaction එකක් දෙන්න බැරි, work loard එක වැඩි හින්දා.

ඉතින් ඔය වෙලාවට තමයි ජයවර්ධනපුර වගේ semi government hospital concept එකේ වටිනාකම දැනෙන්නේ. (අපි කියන්නේ, health sector එක privatize කරන්න කියලා නෙවෙයි. අපි ඒකට full විරුද්දයි)

ලංකාවෙ ඉන්න අපි හුගක් අය, middle class මිනිස්සු. ඉතින්, අපිට දරා ගන්න පුලුවන් (ජ පුර වගේ) hospitals, district එකකට එකක්වත් තියනවානම් කොච්ච්ර හොදද. (අඩු ගානෙ, toilet එකටවත් කැත නැතුව යන්න පුලුවන්) අපිට private hospitals වලට යන්න වෙන්නේ, දේපලත් උකස් තියලා. ICU එකක එක දවසක් ඉන්න රු 10,000 ට වඩා යනවා.

ඉතින්, ජ’පුර වගේ තව hospital බිහි වුනොත්, government hospitals වල work load එකත් අඩු වෙයි. ඉතින් government hospitals වලටත්, better service/ satisfaction එකක් දෙන්න පුලුවන් වෙයි.

හැබැයි, මේක කියන තරම් ලේසි නැහැ. ජපනා administration කරපු කාලෙ, ජ’පුර හුගක් හොදයි. ඉතින් අපිට අපේ administration එකත් improve කරන්න වෙනවා. (e.g. 5S in අම්පාර)

ඉතින් යුද්දෙත් ඉවර එකේ, health sector එක improve කරනවානම්, මේක හොද plan එකක්. හැබැයි, මේකයි, privatize කරන එකයි පටලවාගන්න හොද නැහැ.

I'm really sorry. You tried to do the best for your father.

The other bad group are the cardiologists. Specially the Tamil cardiologists refer patients to the Indian surgeons in the private sector because these Indian surgeons pay 15000 or something from their personal pay to the referring cardiologist! And some of the Indian heart surgeons are not even qualified surgeons. Some doctors do surgeries and then go back to India, so there's no one to attend to us after surgeries.The nurses at private hospitals are also not qualified nurses. Be careful, everybody. Mun ape sallith aran apiwa maranawa.

u know nawaloka hospital also same.kalutara philip hospital also.
both hospitals killed patiens.
i also hv a experience.my mother was in nawaloka n had a CT scan from durdans.
b'coz that time nawaloka ct scaner were broken.
dr.told us 2 do that.
so ...after the ct scan amma was fine n dr.said she can go home 2marow.
that scan done around 3 p.m.
after 8 p.m amma had dinner n went 2 bed.
after sometime she said she can't breath.afetr 2,3 second she can't even talk 2 me.i rang the bell many times.no body came.
so i shouted .some nurse came n she said wait till dr.coming from ward rounds.
but i don't listin 2 that n shouted 2 them.
b'coz of my sound dr.ran in 2 my mothers room.
they gave her oxigen.but i feel that's not enoug.
i said dr.2 pls put her in 2 ICU.
so dr.put her in 2 ICU.
she stayed in ICU 3 days.
u know what happen,that CT SCAN dye is elergic 4 her n they didn't care 'bout that.she's going 2 have a heart attack.
i was fighting with them 'bout that.but they didn't accept the falt.
amma is fine now,b'coz i was her in that moment.
if no body was there they will tell amma had a heart attack n amma died.
b'coz she's a heart patient.
so...that how nawaloka treat people.
