    1. You can watch some of the videos from Youtube? or you can't watch all?
    If you can't watch all then sure something blocking you. Some download managers download the youtube video without playing it in the browser.

    2. I can't remember the exact setting but skype has some option to disable messages from unknown people.

    Do you get this for ALL videos or only some videos ?
    That message means the video you tried to watch had been removed.

    Your skype status must be in 'Skype me' mode. Change that to 'online'. On 'Skype Me' mode anyone can send messages to you.

    Only allow people in my Contact list to contact me
