Ok let me put my 2 cents !

    1) First Complete what you are doing.
    2) Think what / who you want to become in 10 Years time.
    3) Do research on current market trends and future trends for Job Market.
    4) Start a working if you currently not working ( All the qualification in the world would be useless if you do not have work qualification)
    5) Professional qualification may vary depending on where you want to migrate. ( CIMA,CPA...Etc )

Most important ... Learn and do what you love ... when we move out of Sri Lanka we realize that all the jobs are equally important and most of the time are treated equally. So we might not get the "special" treatment from society as we get in SL. Read lot of books and gain your knowledge. Wishing you the best for your future !

Any time mate ! As you are in your early 20s you have enough time to plan your life the way you want. If you wish to study CIMA or CPA it is important to have relevant work experience to back up your studies. If you plan to study Accounting, i will suggest you look at studying for a double major like accounting and finance or something similar. It is always important you widen your scope!
