1. Make sure you have disabled Onboard VGA if have.
2. Remove HDD/Optical Drives and Other PCI Cards (Sound,Modem)
3. Boot MOBO only with Processor and RAM..
4. Then try Boot without RAM

and tell me what Beeps are comming...
