The police have commenced the registering process of people who came to Colombo during last 5 years from Mannar, Vavuniya, Jaffna, Kilinochchi and Mullaitivu. It commenced at 8 am. SSP Ranjith Gunasekara says so far in Dehiwala alone 193 families had registered.
