Y did u buy Deloron Normally now U can but a better one at cheap price There are few resons to occure your problem

1.CD or DVD of Window may be corrupted
2.Something wrong in Ram or Processor Cashe
3.Something Wrong in FSB
4.And Your HDD disk
Normally 2 and 3 are rare things


Check Your CD or DVD (Is it genuine ?) and contact seller or Microsoft(If it is Genuine)
Check Your HDD sometime sata gives error but it is new one so Normally we can assume it work well

My suggetion is change your Proccessor If u can.
