I cannot see anything bad about Colombo Port city as a concept as long as it is controlled by Sri Lankan government under our laws. Tax concessions are normal to attract investment and this happened under BOI too. eg Dialog , Appolo Hospital(now Lanka HL) also got benefits under BOI.
