Ok guys and grls this is simple. You find your User CP module
in the right upper side
of the Front page. Post your Rep Power from that module. Check the following screen for more info!

What is Rep Power?
Rep Power is your reputation power. That means when you give someone reputation the Rep Power Points will add to his reputation points. Different usergroups have different rep powers.
Eg.
Registered Users : 3
Administrators : 10
These settings are set by GTRZ.
Eg.
1. If VSGM gives rep to my post, my rep points will increase by 3 points.
2. If GTRZ gives rep to my post, my rep points will increase by 10 points.
