(Full or Partial ) in a foreign(Aus,NZ,Japan etc.) university?


*Have gained a Bachelors degree(2nd class lower) in Engineering from
University of Moratuwa

*What is the best country to try?[/SIZE]

I think first you have to apply it through mohe,when applications are called no clue about wht is better. bt for agricultural field most prefer japan

Mostly those Scholarships in other countries are with either 10% discount if first year or 10% in full amount. So far still i couldnt find any full or partial scholarships.

Hvae you heard of Adventus? They do have those scholarships for the countries you are looking for.
