Prabhakaran to be handed over to India

Sri Lanka would positively consider handing over Velupillai Prabhakaran to India if the Indian government makes a request to do so if and when the LTTE supremo was caught alive by the security forces, Foreign Minister Rohita Bogollagama said.

Does it mean that indian govt. cares for him and is on his side?

Anyway why give him away alive? then the possibilities that he get together with Indians and attack us again is very high...India is moe thanwilling to get their hands on SL due to the natural richness and quality we have here than in India...and be mindful that Indian armies are quite advanced and strong than ours...
