This information is , of course based for the most part on hearsay and speculations. One such speculation was , they will  be using the digital technology and show Prabhakaran’s Great Heroes day speech via  video tapes in an attempt to confirm that he is still living. Another theory was, Pottu Amman is not dead , and he would appear on the Great Heroes day to make the speech on behalf of Prabhakaran. A third theory was, Prabhakaran’s daughter Dweraka is not dead , and she will appear to make the Great heroes’ day  speech on behalf of her father .
