Premasiri Khemadasa's Family rejected State honors offered by Govt.

In a discussion in 'Rupavahini" Jackson Anthony stated that Khemadasa family decided to reject the state honours.
It is wise decision and a great honour to Premasiri Khemadasa that they refused to have State Honors for his funeral.
Because it will be used by politicians to play their trumpets to "For a few votes more." like vultures.
Still it will happen in his funeral.
All over the world Artists are being used to get more votes... some fall in to the trap willingly.
Some repent later (like Dharmasiri Bandaranaiake who says that he will never help a politician..)

Politicians treat Popular or respected people nicely to capture the fans in their net. Sakwithi used Edwin Ariyadsa the same way...

In Sri lanka a political party who is in power is the government and both the parties have only half the votes... So both can't represent the whole country.
Politicians do everything "For A Few Votes More" Nothing else,...
