There's a politics system in Sri Lanka.If you go beyond that the system then the whole system fails together withGovernment mechanism. Giving ministries is a must thing cause of the politics system in Sri Lanka..U know why Ranil failed in politics (as a prime minister) ??Though he's a clean man, he don't know how to treat people and keep them by your side.
