Currently EK is having a member count of 248,865, which is some considerable portion from the entire population of this country. If we can get everyone to vote for this poll, after few days we would be able to get a rough idea about the next election result. So please mark your choice.

Sarath Fonseka is the current chief of defense staff in this country, it is a post which he accepted for a contract of 2 years. According to the constitution of this country a military officer cannot contest for any election, unless he sign off from the military & contest as a civil person. The post chief of defense staff is appointed by the president & if he is resigning that has to accepted be the president & it is totally the president's decision to keep him or granting the resignation, so Sarath fonseka's destiny is in The president's hands.
Also if he contest for the election without resigning, he can be arrested by any police for leaving the army without notice, just as they do for normal soldiers who are absent.
This is just a bit of the story my friends..just Vote & let us get some idea abt our next president.
