On March 11th he visited Jaffna and on March 23rd received treatment from GP. Yesterday he was admitted to Negombo Nawaloka but not given proper history. On suspicion they transferred to DGH Negombo without informing COVID unit. He was admitted as patient with respiratory failure and intubated at ICU by CA as usual intubation. Then on doubt they have checked for COVID and it became positive. Around 50 staff exposed, two other family members have fever and two other ICU patients are there. These are the type of cases we are expecting now. J</blockquote>
