Duh!

8800GT can't be had for a lot less than Rs.20000.

Maybe u can try a HD4850 instead? Though it will be RS.25000 here. 4850 isn't 25% faster than 8800GT (for 25% higher price) in current games, but can't speak for the game titles yet to arrive.

THAT'S NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING A HIGHEND GAMING PC :P

Lemme suggest you a cheaper, but faster gaming PC.

Intel E7300 OCed to around 3.6GHz (Rs.14000)
4GB DDR2-800 Kingston ValueRAM (2GBx2) (Rs.6500)
Foxconn Mars motherboard (Rs. 15500)
500GB Seagate HDD (Rs. 9200)
Asus HD4850 512MB (Rs. 25000)
Amacrox 500W PSU (Rs. 7000)

and other stuff as you like (make sure the casing is big enough to fit the mobo and VGA)
