However this is engineering field, no one will employee you for thedegree , if you don't have skills you will be door outed by the company.And noone can live in the engineering field only with the degree. But inmedical after the MBBS cert he/she is a registered doctor. So they have therisk and the responsibility of dealing with human body.And I also say that A/L should also be changed it have to improve , but it stilla good method of selecting smart and non-smart ppl.They should not be registered doctors if they are not smart. They have tobe hardcore smart in order to be a doctor. That's MMBS .Look about the traning at medical colleages , how they are toughf ? Even a simple mistake that  a student did they can listen to a tons of blames fromtheir leactures.  I personally knows inside the local uni medical colleage theirstudies should be neet and smart.</blockquote>
