How old are you? Must be around 18. There was a PMC called North Colombo Medical School (which was absorbed in to government sector to be affiliated to university of Kelaniya). There were students who have failed all four subjects in A/Ls. It has ahppened once, and can very well happen once more.Free higher education is not for everyone..so let our country open to the world education.
