If the Government decides to carry on with this pvt med UNI thing we should take measures to regulate and oversee the admissions properly.secondly many of the new passed out doctors wont stay in lanka.. they will always go abroad and sri lanka will always fight a losing battle to keep qualified professional personnel in sri lanka..im in a foreign medical faculty and many people are not planning to go to SL anyway.. they will... they will take the act 16 and do the internship and f**k off to serve white masters.. thats the unpleasant reality..
