Privatise Health Care and Education &make employers pay for it through national insurance.
Helalth Care and Education should be privatised. The government should bring in policy to make employers pay percentange people salary to national insurance, it should also make sure no employee pay for it. If all hospitals and education is privatise there will be no courruption with donation. Schools and University and Hospitals will employ best people since they are getting paid for it. There will be no more stikes since wages is controled by private sector. Government does not need to bother about administring it. This could increase investment and improve Forex reserves which can be utilised to pay debt of this country, and make new businesses.
Health care and Education will be less dependant on other taxes , because basicly majority will be paid by national insurance. Health care for all sri lankans will be covered by national insurance. Education will be free from preschool to university. Which will be paid by National insurance. This will make hospital not crowded , they will have better equipments and buildings. There will be more bed space. No more crowded fish market hospitals.
Education will be of quality not quantity. They know if they want pupils to come they should improve their education. All teachers will be paid proper salary. There will be no more shortage of teachers since it they cannot find teachers ,they will bring in foreigners. Otherwise pupils will opt for better schools.
Overall the country would not have to worry about much. It will be interest of this country to improve the health care and education system. Where they will not be required to send them to colombo for good quality education.
