I've never seen the word meditation regarding Eightfold Noble Path. I may be wrong. In my opinion Noble Eightfold path is there for one to make as complex as one needs or make it simple. The whole point is that whether you follow it simply or complexly if you are following it you are doing good.In my opinion Noble Eightfold Path is very general. The depth that one may need/wish to follow it, is individual. If you are doing good, and your actions does not harm anyone you are automatically following it, but your journey to the destination may be slower than someone who is following it in a more extreme manner.</blockquote>
