Problem in Downloading...Plz Help

Machans.....
I'm new to internet
I downloaded a file(software) from RapidShare through Flash Get.
It completed about 90%...
Then FlashGet download speed started to going down..
then it became 0.00kpbs....
then no downloads....can't continue it...
Whatz the problem ?
Is it in internet problem or my machine's problem....?

I downloaded another file from RapidShare , but experienced the same
please give me a kind help....

some times rapid share and download manager's have trouble...so as practice what i do is stop it and download direct from the site without any download manager......try it...if i'm wrong another member might correct me...by the way i'm using DAP
