    I think this is an unethical marketing pratice.........
    Recommending an Institute for a new student is ok but recommending an institute for money is not ethical.
    This like a brokering job.
    Brokers get a commission for thier performance.

    A famoues institute in Sri lanka also did the same thing to get new students to thier institute but they failed.
    If the product is quality, new students will automatically come to the institute.
    So they started to follow the above theory to promote their programmes.
