Buyer can ask his/her bank to arrange a table in his bank.After both buyers and sellers(and lawyers) have arrived to the bank, buyer transfers money from his bank a/c to seller's a/c. When seller confirmed from his bank that the amount have received, seller proceed with the documentation part. If you want, you too take a lawyer. Buyers bring lawyers due to complex documentation stuff.Since this transaction is a large one, better to inform the two banks first. I think to transfer this amount from buyer's a/c he might need higher level authorization from the bank.</blockquote>
