    Property eka buyer thama salli denne not the seller. Stamp duty dennath buyer not the seller. Property ekak wikunana kena lawywr danan inna oni if not witnesses la denna lawyer danan iinna oni. Bank ekata salli dala slip eka denna puluwan, lawyer bank ekata enna oni naha.

    Yes. I have seen people doing it. Buyer can ask his/her bank to arrange a table in his bank.
    After both buyers and sellers(and lawyers) have arrived to the bank, buyer transfers money from his bank a/c to seller's a/c. When seller confirmed from his bank that the amount have received, seller proceed with the documentation part. If you want, you too take a lawyer. Buyers bring lawyers due to complex documentation stuff.
    Since this transaction is a large one, better to inform the two banks first. I think to transfer this amount from buyer's a/c he might need higher level authorization from the bank.
