There is deadly serious evidence that Kim Jong-un is preparing to launch an all-out attack on the West - it seems he has ordered the evacuation of his capital city. Or is Pyongyang always that empty?
The footage of the city– captured by a Singaporean pilot, showed every part of the city nearly empty. Just very few cars moving on the ground. It wasn’t just in the city center, the footage, from pilot Aram Pan, shows that rural areas surrounding the city are also abandoned.
