QS වෑඩ වලට වඩා වෙන Supervisor, TO තමා කරන්න වෙන්නෙ කියලා. එත් කට්ට කාගෙන Experience එක ගන්න. එතකොට වෙන එකකට උනත් බය නතුව ඉන්ටෙර්විව් යන්න පුලුවන්.Contractor යනවනම් පොඩි කෙනෙක්ගාවට මුලඩිම යන්න බලන්න එතකොට වෑඩ ඔක්කොම අහු වෙනව මචන්. ලොකු එවට ගියහම එක වෑඩකට කොටු වෙනව.
