No bank will resort to such low level if there are good senior management, specially HR. In any event Pan Asia is not a good bank as it had troubles from the start. They are not financially good either. So the good senior staff do not stay as they are aware of the financial situation. This is the reason for such behavior as most of senior management are not fit to hold their positions. So they do not have proper control over the staff.</blockquote>
