The forces have their own law and ethics and they are more important than ours because they are armed. If they commit a crime with licenced weopans they become the worst terrorists of all. Like a monk killing a man. He is supposed to protect the civilians. Even a surrendered terrorist is under his protection. If a soldier rapes a civilian or a surrendered terrorist whom is under his protection it is like a father raping his own sister or a btother raping his own sister.. or it can be even worse. Unless we think like inhumans we can't forgive if a soldier rapes a civilian or a surrendered terrorist. Hope you didn't categorized me as against Army.
