Rapidleech--help needed

i get this message when I using a rapidleech plug mod
sometimes it works fine
most of the time i get this message...

for RS links, i get this message-ur IP address is downloading a file

little help with this plzzz

go through ftp client software and make attribute of folder you use to save files to 777

This is simple guide -

Step1

Download Eqbal's Edition Of Rapidleech(latest version) from the web. Step2
Unzip The File Using Winrar or anything you like in a folder on your PC
Step3
Then Open Your Cpanel Which Your Hosting Company Has Given You.
Step4
* Then search For A Icon Of File Manager , then click on it .
Step5
Then search For A File Named "public_html" , open it.
Step6
There Will be many files in it , create a new folder in Public_html , name it any thing you like.
Step7
Then upload all the files unzipped at step no. 2 in a folder to that new folder that you have created in your Public_html.
Step8
There will Be a Folder Named "Files" within the files that you have currently uploaded . Right Click On It there Will Be A Option of "Change Permissions", click on it .
Step9
A Box type Structure Will Appear,Check All the boxes In the Menu or input the values as 777 .
Step10
Go to your site www.example.com/name of the folder that you created At step 6.
Step11
Your Rapidleech is working
