right now they got to stop additonal members from joining, and then charge access to upload, stop all free upload users from accessing, doesnt matter if you go to megaupload, they are the next on the agenda by the department of jutice.
they have not gave a shut down charge by the court, by court rules, the members loading and uploading are the ones adding and subtracting files as they deemed fit, gema has to prove rapidshare is the prime culprit, so in court of law, gema cannot prove that, so rapidshare will stay open.
they have alist of over 213 other fil;e sharing sites they are attacking, and right now all sites are guilty of is letting members share files with other friends, copyright infringment laws, which they have not proved fully, in order for copyright infringment to be proven, you have to prove that rapidhsare downloaded it themselves and made links to everyone in the world to access, which they didnt, all comes down to the members of rapidshare.
i can see this coming though, downloads for free be stopped, memebrs get less download times availible to them, flow measures to watch who is downloading from where, and on whos account link, and much much more
