ThnX ban!I've heard smthng lik dis b4!ThnX a lot 4 sharing it w/ us!RVG said:Ok this is how it guesses ur number![]()
The process behind this is a simple maths process from the amazing digit 9 ( number 9 is a magical number because it can do a lot more things like this)![]()
This is what happening........![]()
When u substract a number from one of its jumbled numbers, the result is always a multiple of 9
for example: 5486 jumbles up and makes 4568, then 5486-4568 = 918 and 918 is a multiple of 9. Try it urself 4 more examples
This means that the sum of the digits of the result is a multiple of 9, as for each multiple of 9 the sum of the digits is also a multiple of 9 (if the result of the sum of digits in any number is 9, it is a multiple of 9)
By giving all the digits except one digit(which the number u circled) , the flash script can calculate the digit needed to make the sum equal to a multiple of 9. For example, in the previous example if u choose 8, u have to type 91 in the box.
the sum of 9 and 1 is 10 and 1+0=1 and a 8 is needed to make a total of 9 so it itself a multiple of 9![]()
By excluding 0 as possibility, there is always a unique solution: the only possibility for a double solution would be when the sum of the digits without the circled one already is a multiple of 9. In that case adding a 0 or 9 would still result in a muliple
of 9, but by excluding the 0 the script knows to choose the 9![]()
Hope i helped u in this![]()
