They have organized in such a way that not even the government try to touch their interests. Look at the 6% FUTA campaign. They were capable of closing the entire universites system for 3 months without breaking a sweat. But the blame went for the government. Those lecturers do not want to change. They are bunch of lazy bums. They take 100,000 of salaries but do almost nothing. They also do not want to change their way of life for the betterment of the university education. So it need a radical actions to change all this. I do not think any government will do that. </blockquote>
