Message: <blockquote data-quote="waligamaya" data-source="post: 16779873" data-attributes="member: 435142">ඇත්තටම අද්‍යපනය පෞද්ගලි කරනය කියන එක අපි ගොඩක් කතකරන්නෙ ම්තුපිටින්, ඇත්තම කියනවනම් ලන්කවෙ විශ්ව විද්‍ය්ල වල බොහො පඨමලා තවමත් ඉහල තත් වයක තියනව, නමුත් අපේ විශ්වවිද්‍ය්ල රැන්ක් එක පහල යන්න හෙතුව අපිට බොහො හොද පර්යෙශන කරන්න හරි අමරුයි, නමුත් අපට අවශ්ශ මනව සම්පත් තියනව එත් ලැබෙන මුල්ය්‍ය ප්‍රතිපදන බොහොම අඩුයි. එනිසා වසරකට නිකුත් වන පර්යෙශන නිබන්දන ප්‍රමනය පහල ගිහිල්ල තියනව. විශෙශයෙන් 70 ගනන් වල ලන්කවෙ බොහො විශ්වවිද්‍යල අසියවෙ මුල් විශ්වවිද්‍යල 30 අතර තිබුන.ඇත්තෙන්න මෙගොල්ලො කියන විදියට පෞගලික විශ්වවිද්‍යල වලින් ලන්කවෙ අද්‍යපනයට දියුනුවල් ලැබෙන්නැ. මෙවා හුදෙක් ලාබ පෙක්ශව තමය්යි මුලිකවෙන්නෙ, එකෙන් වෙන්නෙ ලබය සදහ නිශ්පදනය වැදිකරන එක විතරයි,තව දෙයක් ලොකයෙ තියන විශිශ්ඨ විශ්වවිද්‍යල පලනයකරන්නෙ ලාබ අපෙක්ශවෙන් නෙවෙ, එවට අයිතිකරයොනැ, ඉන්නෙ පරිපලන සමගම්. එව කරන්නෙ ලැබෙන අදයමෙන් නඩත්තු කටයුතු කරලා ලාබය පර්යෙශන සදහා යොදවන එක අනික එම විදව විද්‍යල ලමයින් බදවාගන්නෙ ජෙශ්ඨ පසල් විබගයෙන් ඉහලින් සමත්වන සිසුන් තොරගෙන එ අත්‍රිනුත් එ එ විශ්වවිද්‍යල වල ඇතුලත් විමෙ තරග විබගයෙන් හොදම කොටස. මෙ දෙය කවදාවත් ලන්කවෙ මෙ ඇතිවෙන ටියුශන් පන්තිවගේ කැම්පස් වලින් ඉටුවෙන්නෙ නැ.තවද ලන්කවෙ නස්තිකර අර්ත ක්‍රමයනිස තවදුරටත් නිදහස් අද්‍යපනය එ විදියටම පවත් වන්න බැ, යමෙක් රටක ඉපදුනොත් ඔහුට නිසි අද්‍යපනයක් ලබදිම රජයක් සතු යුතුකමක්. නමුත් ලන්කවෙ තිබෙන කල කන්නි පලකයන්ට එක කරන්නෙ බැරිනිසා ඔවුන් මතත්හිබෙන බර සැහැල්ලු කරගැනිමෙ ක්‍රමයක් තමයි දැන් ලන්කවෙ යොජිත අද්‍යපනයඉතින් මෙකට දෙන්න පුලුවන් හොදම විසදුම තමයි, දැනට පවතින රජ්ජ්‍ය විශිවවිද්‍යල පුලුල් කරල එවයෙන් කොටසකට අද්යපනය මුදලට විකිනිම, එතකොට එ ලැබෙන අදයම විශ්වවිද්‍යලට සම්පුර්නයෙන් දෙන්න ඔන, එම මුදලින් පුලුවන් පර්යෙශන කටයුතු ඉතවිශල ලෙස පුලුල් කරන්න. එතකොට මෙ නුසුදුසු අයට උපදි ලැබෙන එක නවත්වලා ඉත හොද අද්‍යපන ක්‍රමයක් ඇතිකරන්න පුලුවන්. ඉතින් මෙක්‍රමයෙන් මෙ ලොක්කොන්ට අදයමක් ලැබෙන්නෙ නැ, එනිස මෙක්‍රමය මෙ කලකන්නි මෙහේ ඇතිකරන්නෙ නැ,This is my comment in another thread related with sri Lankan high education. According to my knowledge most of lectures in Engineering, Science and medicine faculties in sri lanka graduated them Phd in well reputed foreign university. In addition they followed high end research area during Phd time. According to my point of view I will mention in below for this situation.•    The quality of universities are mainly depend on researches, not infrastructures, nowadays we have no enough research facility (modern laboratory, research fund), therefore most of good research topics we have to ignore above reason. •    The quality of sri Lankan university lectures reduce base on lack of researches.  •    Also some good research papers are through away, because of poor language, it is not problem with university,. The reason is poor sri Lankan primary education. (My English and Sinhala knowledge   also very poor, I know u con identify it.
