You can't force any member to come and post in ElaKiri.

It is their decision.

Some people must be doing their A/Ls or O/Ls, some must have got jobs. Some don't come coz of broken love affairs within ElaKiri.

I reckon I don't need to give exapmples but you people know about whom I'm referring.

And some are doing their last semester in Uni.

Likewise many old members are now sort of busy as I can see.

Even pata.. you also were not here in the last few months when you were working. isn't it?

Anyway as per what I can see, when an old member stops posting, 10 new members start. That's why we have 40% member activity now instead of 20% earlier. (posting)

So it's not a huge issue whether the old members are posting or not as far as I can see... Coz ElaKiri is growing.. So EK is getting good new members.

This is a community, when new people are here old people backs off. Even I myself limited posting coz to give new guys a chance to chat and know each other. And there are different people in an community with different attitudes. So you can't argue with all the members. It's their life style.

In the begining all post a hell lot of stuff. Coz they have joined ElaKiri when they were free. But after starting a job, studies etc they usually slow down. That's the nature. So you can't stop or ask anything from anybody.

Think, stay and enjoy OR think, leave and suffer.... It's your call

and machan, ya now most of da members r posting but what abt da QUALITY???
now it's all abt da post count..
80% of da posters just care abt increasin their post count.. now that's bad machan..
old days there were soo many good threads, educational, it etc...
but now???
( ex: 3 or 4 spam threads, songs we're singing in da bathroom, athal thread, give a name to de above person and there's a huge list) no hard feelings with da thread starters but this is what we have now..
so if someone put a good thread it'll go down really fast cos most of da members r
busy wit incresin their post count..
we all love ek machan..
i dnt kno abt de new members.. ( some r gud as i kno but some..... )
so what we have to do is make ek a place full with fun, information..
all we want EK to be like old days..

i mean i still love ek like i did b4...

and i kno why they're not comin cos talked to most of them personaly...
i dont wanna argue machan..
