It means a lot.I thinks its wrong to assume like that about the initial percentile given that we do no have any numbers.For that many centuries we have always remained a minority and we are still doing the same. If you think that there is a conspiracy within the Muslim community (like the BBS advocates) to produce 13mill kids to cover the gap and take over the country then you are misinformed.It is in our religion to be productive and do good for society where ever you may be and as srilankan Muslims I believe we have been doing so , except for a few black sheep.If your requirement is to lose our identity and assimilate into  the general then it is like you as asking to lose our cultural identity. How much one wants to follow his religion is ones personal choice as long as it doesn't infringe on others rights. If you believe that some minorities are asking for unfair privileges then there is the court of law and legislation to sort it out , not spread incitement and violence and take matters into own hands.Correct me if I am wrong ,  but aren't the Sinhalese also from King Asoka who came from india ? Were not the vedhas here before them too ?</blockquote>
