Sri Lanka Skools Rugby Football Federation is seperated from SLRFU. other thing is Sri Lanka Skools Rugby Football Federation has decided to increase the time by 5 minutes for a one half, becaus of some regulations of IRB. Under da regulation of IRB the time for a half should be 35 minutes maximum. in Sri Lanka, the highest level of skool matches playing  Under-20 standard. But this condion is will affect for the league matches only. this may not apply for the knock out sieris. Other important factor is Sri Lankan Skools Rugby Football Federation had some negotiations with the officials of Ministery of education, and dey took a decision to make Rugby as Co-Curriculer activity.<img src="/styles/default/xenforo/smilies/default/cool.gif"  class="smilie" loading="lazy" alt=":cool:" title="Cool    :cool:" data-shortname=":cool:" /> .
