Retrieving data from a broken Phone

Hi All!

Today, my phone (J7 Pro) slipped and fell to the ground. Now, the display seems to be gone. Still, the phone vibrates with an interval. I can't do anything. What I want to know is,

• Could it be repaired? (If possible, then how much will it be?)
• Is it possible to retrieve the data in the internal storage without repairing?
