He is the Deputy Chairman of Royal  Ceramics Lanka PLC, Connaissance Holdings PLC and Director of Sampath  Bank PLC & Hotel Reefcomber PLC. He was appointed to the Board of  Asian Alliance Insurance PLC with effect from September 2007 and Lanka  Ceramic Ltd with effect from April 2008.</blockquote>
